Like most coniferous oils, Siberian fir is most effective through vaporization, helping to deepen breathing and clear the airways.

Usage:

In the Sauna: Add a few drops of Siberian fir oil to an ice ball and place it on the sauna stones. The fresh, resinous scent will fill the sauna and promote deep, calming breaths.
In a Diffuser: Add 3-6 drops to your diffuser to create a relaxing, purifying atmosphere that supports respiratory health.
