Usage:

  • In the Sauna: Add a few drops of Siberian fir oil to an ice ball and place it on the sauna stones. The fresh, resinous scent will fill the sauna and promote deep, calming breaths.
  • In a Diffuser: Add 3-6 drops to your diffuser to create a relaxing, purifying atmosphere that supports respiratory health.
