Like most coniferous oils, Siberian fir is most effective through vaporization, helping to deepen breathing and clear the airways.

 

Usage:

  • In the Sauna: Add a few drops of Siberian fir oil to an ice ball and place it on the sauna stones. The fresh, resinous scent will fill the sauna and promote deep, calming breaths.
