Smudge sticks are bundles of dried herbs intended for cleansing, meditation, and relaxation. Please read carefully before use:

Equipment: smudge stick, lighter/matches, heat-resistant bowl with sand.
Preparation: Remove flammable objects nearby and ensure ventilation. Place the sand bowl on a stable surface, away from children and pets. Keep water, sand, or a fire extinguisher nearby.
Lighting: Hold the stick at the base, light the tip, let it burn a few seconds, then gently blow out so it smoulders and releases smoke.
Usage: Allow smoke to disperse freely or wave the stick gently. When not in use, place it on the sand bowl to catch embers. Not intended for consumption. For smudging only.
Extinguishing: Press the burning tip firmly into the sand until completely out. Ensure no embers remain. Use water only if necessary (it may damage the stick and cause excess smoke).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and flammable materials. Use an airtight container to preserve fragrance.
Safety: Always supervise a burning/smouldering stick. Ventilate the room, avoid drafts. Never leave unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use only as directed.
