For our very first review in Visit Therme magazine, the Sauna Masters team set off to the Austrian Alps — to the picturesque town of Ischgl. The location alone is breathtaking: just steps from the borders of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Italy. From here, many of these countries can be reached by a cable car ride offering spectacular views.

The Silvretta Therme spa quickly made it to our list of favourite destinations. Under one roof you’ll find swimming pools, a modern fitness centre, a fine restaurant, and — most importantly — a sauna world that truly convinced us of the high quality of this facility.

The outdoor thermal pools and panoramic saunas with views of the surrounding Alps give the whole place an unforgettable charm. It feels like wellness and Alpine nature merge into one experience.

The sauna area is well thought out, offering comfort for both guests and staff. As Sauna Masters, we couldn’t miss the Aufguss rituals. Each was performed with professionalism and passion, creating an intense experience full of heat, scents, and steam. It’s clear that Silvretta Therme values the quality of its rituals — something we highly appreciate.

Another striking feature is the meticulous use of design and materials. Whether in the relaxation zones, the saunas, or the pools, every element is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. This thoughtful approach is something we deeply value as a team specialising in wellness.

After a full day of treatments, we indulged in the on-site restaurant, where local cuisine and Alpine flavours truly shone. Ending the day with delicious food and a view of the mountains was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable experience.
